Class and Cornerstone Partner on Integration to Improve Efficiency and Engagement in VILT

I am thrilled to announce that Class has partnered with Cornerstone to improve virtual instructor-led training (VILT) and support the evolving needs of the modern workforce.

Cornerstone is a global leader in workforce agility solutions, whose talent experience platform empowers workforce development through unified learning, content, and data. This partnership will streamline VILT through a new integration between Cornerstone and Class, reducing prep time for instructors and improving learner engagement. Users can build persistent course templates, including content from Cornerstone OnDemand, measure engagement, and access Class directly from the Cornerstone calendar.

Training materials can now sync and store in Class environments, making them available during live sessions. Learners from Cornerstone can automatically authenticate into their enrolled Class sessions seamlessly. Curriculum items, such as training resources from Cornerstone, online content, and other materials, can be deployed in Class during live sessions.

When training sessions are conducted in Class, learner attendance data is automatically captured in Cornerstone. After the session concludes, engagement data can be accessed in the Class Admin Data Dashboard, and session recordings can be viewed leveraging Class Interactive Playback, enabling learners to engage with interactive elements—polls, surveys, whiteboards, and assessments from Cornerstone—after the live session is over.
